Do I need a BI team, data warehouse, or SQL knowledge?

No. TrackIQ is a finished product, not a BI tool. There's nothing to model, no schema to learn, no warehouse to stand up. You authorize your Amazon connections and the agent answers questions in plain English — in Slack, email, or the web console.

What permissions does TrackIQ ask for?

Read access by default across Seller/Vendor Central, Amazon Ads API, DSP and AMC. Write access (reprice, budget shifts, case opens) is separately scoped and off until you explicitly enable it. Every write action is logged and reversible.

Is my data used to train anyone else's model?

Never. Your data is isolated to your workspace and is never used to train foundation models or shared cross-tenant. You can export or delete everything at any time — we honor a 30-day deletion SLA on account close.

How much history does the agent backfill?

90 days of history for every surface by default. Brand and Agency plans can request extended backfill up to 24 months at no additional cost during onboarding.

Can I run the agent across multiple marketplaces?

Yes. US, CA, MX, UK, EU (5 marketplaces), JP and AU are supported at launch. The agent handles currency conversion and per-region seasonality in its baselines automatically.

Do I have to switch off my existing ad tools or dashboards?

No. TrackIQ runs alongside Helium 10, Perpetua, Skai, Amazon's own consoles — anything. Most customers keep their existing tools for execution and use TrackIQ for the analyst layer on top.

What happens when the agent doesn't know something?

It tells you. The agent is designed to say “I don't have enough signal to answer that confidently” and explain what data would resolve the question. Hallucinated answers are treated as incidents internally.

Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?

Yes — month-to-month on every plan, no annual contracts required. If you downgrade, your data and Slack integration stay intact; only retention windows and concurrent client slots change.
