Yes — that's the whole point. TrackIQ MCP is an MCP server. You connect it to whichever AI assistant you already pay for. We don't charge for AI tokens; we charge for data access.
The TrackIQ Platform is a full web app with dashboards, automated reports, and Aria, our AI agent. The MCP is lighter — it gives your AI assistant read (and optionally write) access to your Amazon data through standardized tools. Different surfaces, different price points.
Yes. Paid tiers are month-to-month. Cancel from account settings; access continues through the end of the billing period.
A single invocation by your AI assistant — for example, asking "how were my sales yesterday?" might use one or two tool calls. A typical conversation runs 3–8 calls. Free's 50/day cap covers most casual exploration.
Only what you authorize via Amazon's official OAuth flow. Read tools cover sales, ads, and inventory. Write tools (Plus only) require explicit confirmation in your AI assistant before each action. Full details on the Security page.
We cache responses for performance and rate-limiting. Caches expire within 24 hours. We don't train models on your data. You can revoke access and trigger deletion at any time.
